Despite renewing with PSG and for another 3 years, Kylian Mbappe has recently stated that the dream to play with Real Madrid has not yet ended. The French striker refused a move to the Santiago Bernabeu last week, but in front of the sports journalist Guillem Balague he did not rule out a move in the future. The French superstar said:
"You never know what might happen in the future. "I can no longer think about it, I only think about the present, and the present is the new contract for another 3 years with PSG."
Asked if Real Madrid's dream has already ended Mbappe replied briefly:
"No never."
Mbappe, who is seen as one of the best footballers in the world, revealed that before renewing with PSG, he called the president of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez, to announce his decision. The player added:
"Last week I made the decision to stay. I first spoke with the president of Real Madrid as I have a lot of respect for him and the club. I think it was right to communicate this to him personally. "To be a great player you have to be honest, but everything went okay as we have a good relationship together."
Mbappe this season scored a full 28 goals contributing directly to another championship title for PSG. Speculation about the future has constantly accompanied the talent of the Parisians, but Kylian has repeated once again that he is not distracted by them:
"I am 100% focused on my game. I did not have to listen to speculation. During the season I was 100% focused because I had individual and collective goals. "It was important to look at the game this way and announce my decision at the end of the season."
