Diogo Jota's future at Liverpool is in doubt. Jota has started just seven Premier League games this season, and despite his strong performances, his lack of consistency is a frustrating factor for manager Arne Slot.
According to English media, Arsenal could make a move for Diogo Jota in the summer transfer window. Although the Londoners are a direct rival of Liverpool in the Premier League, “The Reds” are ready to give up Jota, in case of a satisfactory financial offer.
The English media also revealed that Liverpool were ready to let go of Darwin Nunez this January, should an offer of £85m come knocking. However, that did not happen. Luis Diaz, on the other hand, another Reds striker, is thought to be under the target of Arab clubs at the end of this season. The 28-year-old is in the final two years of his contract with Liverpool, and the club's leaders see a good opportunity to benefit financially.
Regarding Diaz, Arne Slot and other figures at the club believe that the player does not have the necessary ability to convert scoring chances, despite good performances overall.
Liverpool brought in Federico Chiesa in the summer transfer window to have more options in attack. However, the Italian still needs time to regain his best form.
