The managers of Manchester United and those of Bayern Munich have turned their attention to Mauricio Pochettino, after the dismissal of the latter from Chelsea. The unexpected decision of the London club has already added the Argentine technician to the list of coaches who are available in the summer market.
Pochettino managed to find the best form of his team, as Chelsea finished the championship in sixth place, after a rather difficult start to the season. The London Blues have suffered just 1 defeat in their last 15 Premier League challenges, but it seems that this has not been enough for the Chelsea leaders.
Manchester United, meanwhile, have long been weighing the decision to sack coach Erik ten Hag. The Dutchman has failed to convince with his tactics on the green field, as the "Red Devils" ended the Premier League season in 8th place. The new members of the management board, INEOS, are said to be admirers of Mauricio Pochettino and this could prompt United to make a swift move now that the Argentine is free.
Bayern, on the other hand, have also added the former Chelsea and Tottenham coach to their list of replacements for Thomas Tuchel. Under the leadership of the German, the Bavarians finished the championship in third place, and this led the board to take the decision to dismiss him. Bayern Munich's list also includes Thomas Frank of Brentford, as well as Vincent Kompany of Burnley.
Despite Pochettino leaving Chelsea amid disagreements with the club's board, the Argentinian showed in the latter part of the season that he knows how to establish his authority within a club. This has caused some of the biggest clubs in Europe to turn their attention to him again this summer market.
