Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has confirmed that he is feeling well, but has admitted that his sleep and diet have been affected recently by Manchester City's poor results. In a recent interview for Amazon Prime, the Spanish technician spoke more about the impact of Manchester City's recent results on his personal life. Guardiola said that his sleep has worsened and that he is eating less, due to digestive problems. We remind you that Manchester City has won only 1 of the last 10 matches. The Spanish technician said:
"I'm fine. In our work we always want to do the best, or the best possible. When it doesn't happen, it's normal to be in more difficult positions than when things are going well. In good moments I'm happy, but when we go to the next game I'm still worried about what we have to do."
Guardiola said that his team should avoid mistakes as much as possible, both in defense and in attack. Meanwhile, the Spanish coach praised the work that Ruben Amorim is doing at the head of Manchester United. Pep said he is confident Amorim will do a good job at the helm at Old Trafford.
However, the "Red Devils" have shown that they still have a lot of work to do, to get back among the best in the Premier League and Europe. United have been defeated in the last 2 meetings in the championship, in front of Arsenal and Nottingham Forest, and Amorim's team expects a very difficult transfer against City, despite the form that the "citizens" are going through. United secured a victory over Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League in the last challenge, and coach Amorim hopes to get another positive result, deepening the crisis of their historic rivals at the same time.
