AC Milan have agreed a deal with Manchester City to loan Kyle Walker until the end of the season. The deal will see the Italian club have the option to buy Walker permanently at the end of the season, when the loan period ends. Walker will soon undergo a medical in Milan before officially joining the Rossoneri.
Walker's last appearance for Manchester City was against West Ham on January 4. Following that, the Englishman told manager Pep Guardiola he wanted to explore other options for his future, specifically outside England. The 34-year-old was also linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, but it was Walker who still wanted to play in Europe.
Walker has won the Premier League title six times and the UEFA Champions League with Manchester City. The right-back has also been capped 6 times by the English national team, but has failed to win a major trophy. City meanwhile seem to be well prepared for Walker's departure, or other players from the Etihad. The "Citizens" have so far brought in 93 new players, spending a total of 3 million pounds. Milan, on the other hand, have expressed interest in another Premier League star. It is Marcus Rashford. The Manchester United striker has also publicly announced his desire to leave Old Trafford and has been linked with a number of European clubs.
